1. Name of the Company
2. Address of the Company ( With Electricity bill & rent agreement if rented )
3. Aadhar card of the owner
4. PAN Card of the owner ( Company's PAN Card will also need along with partners & Directors in case of Partnership & Private Limited Company )
5. Photo of Owner Along with shop.
6. Three Excel sheets will be send to you, according to the need of Employees details which needs to be submitted.
